Ganderbal, Feb 03: As the directions of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Secretary Arun Kumar Mehta about pardoning those who are poor, during the ongoing anti-encroachment drive. Mohammad Amin Shah urged district administration to spare the properties of such people who don’t have grabbed the land using influence but due to poverty. “The Chief Secretary in his fresh directions to spare those people who have constructed houses on 5, 7, and 10 malras and don’t have any other property has came a big relief to people who have no influence and are being misconstrued deliberately so that they will lose their faith on the administration. Any such family in the district Ganderbal are welcome to contact me and i will do my best in my capacity.” Said Mohammad Amin Shah in his statement to media.  Shah said that state land will be used by the government for the welfare of people. The land will be used for the construction of hospitals, public parks, schools, play ground, stadiums  and other departments. The demolition drive on encroached land will affect only influential people or businessmen who have misused their power and constructed structures on state land.
