January 30: Amid the inclement weather, Police in Ganderbal have provided helping hand to an ailing patient of Lar area of Ganderbal.
Police Station Lar received a distressed call from upper reaches of Chount Waliwar Lar that one person aged about 30 years is suffering from dreadful Pneumonia disease and needs an immediate help as no vehicle was able to ply on the road due to slippery condition amid heavy snowfall.
Acting Swiftly, a Police Party of PS Lar headed by SHO PS Lar reached the spot and shifted the said patient to PHC Lar. Meanwhile, locals expressed their gratitude towards police for timely assistance.
