PM Modi praising snow cricket, winter sports will boost tourism sector in J&K: Ashok Koul

J&K Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) General Secretary Organization, Sh. Ashok Koul said that Prime Minster Narendra Modi praised the winter tourism and snow cricket will boost tourism sector in the Valley.

After the Chair Office Bears meeting in Pulwam, Sh. Ashok Koul listened to Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi’s 97th ‘Mann Ki Baat’ at Halqua Puchal Pulwama. It was also listened by large number of local residents of the several areas.     Prime Minister of the country, Sh. Narendra Modi was praising snow cricket, winter sports of Kashmir . It will boost tourism sector in the region, he said.

“Our PM is concerned about the tourism of Kashmir, the winter sports of Kashmir. He has become the global ambassador of Kashmir tourism in entire world,” he said.

Ashok Koul said the way in which he urged every countryman that Kashmir, they should visit Kashmir and enjoy winter season. Apart from beauty of this place, there is good scope of snow cricket in Valley that is being widely praised,” he said.

Ashok Koul said PM Modi is also concerned about the Youth of Kashmir and stated that it such things will boost winter tourism in Valley.

“Now the LG administration and Sports Council should also come forward to organise more snow cricket tournament in the future and I hope that people from across the country will come to enjoy the movements,” he said  Earlier Koul chaired an organizational meeting of office bearers in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district. He was accompanied by District President Pulwama Lateef Bhat, State spokesperson incharge Pulwama Altaf Thakur and DDC member Avtar Singh.

In his adress, Koul asked the party leaders to lay emphasis on strengthening the party at booth-level with assembly election in J&K slated to be announced any time in near future.

He told the party leaders to contact the ground level workers and the common masses hailing from their booth area to apprise them of the works done by the BJP government. , Both in state and center, and discuss their issues in detail alongside, he said.

Ashok Koul urged them to do their task diligently and ensure their work to the full expectations of the organization.     He also asked party workers to frequent their visits to every booth in coordination with Mandal President & Shakti Kendra Incharges.

Ashok Koul laid special emphasis on the booth sashaktikaran. “Senior party leaders in conjunction with local leaders should contact every prominent person in the booth in order to increase the party’s base and endorsement of its policies and works,” he said.
