Kulgam, Jan 28: The Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Dr.Bilal-Mohi-Ud-Din-Bhat today visited ITI College Chawalgam Kulgam where he inaugurated skill training programme for 180 youth under, Skill Aquisition & Knowledge awareness for livelihood promotion (SANKALP). Present on the occasion were Additional Deputy Commissioner Kulgam,Viqar Ahmed Girri, Superintendent ITI College Sahil Rasheed and other officers and staff members of the college.
