January 27:Police in Pulwama have busted burglary gang by arresting three accused persons involved in the commission of crime and recovered stolen propety from their possession.  
In the recent past, incidents of burglary were reported within the jurisdiction of Police Station Pulwama following which various cases under relevant sections of law stands registered & investigation was initiated. 
During the course of investigation, a special team under the supervision of SHO PS Pulwama was constituted. After generating inputs from human sources and with the technical assistance, special team was able to arrest three suspects identified as Latief Ahmad Dar son of Ab Ahad Dar resident of Marvel Kakapora, Sahil Shafi Gugjoo son of Mohd Shafi Gugjoo resident of Kakapora and Adnan Ahmad Rather son of Shabir Ahmad Rather resident of Kralpora Chadoora A/P Naman Kakapora. During questioning, officers learnt about their involvement in the commission of crime. On their disclosure, stolen property has been recovered.  
During further questioning, officers learnt their involvement in many cases of other district as well.  
Community members have appreciated the efforts made by the Police for solving the cases. Our efforts should assure community members that Police is resolved to act tough against the individuals involved in criminal activities.
