As 3 feet of fresh snow has accumulated on the highway, until the last reports, snowfall was continuing on Sadhana Top and its surrounding areas. Meanwhile, 2 patients from Sub District Hospital Tangdar have been advised to go to Srinagar, but the highway has not been cleared. Due to the closure, these patients cannot be brought to Srinagar. According to a senior officer of the health department, the administration has been informed about transferring the patients to Srinagar. The body of Islamic scholar Qari Muhammad Rafi has not been able to reach Karna from Kupwara. The tireless efforts of the administration and the relatives have also failed in the face of bad weather conditions. It was delivered with the hope that maybe they will help to deliver Karna.
