Drug Peddler alongwith 104 grams of Charas &1800 grams of Charas Powder like substance arrested at Gundbal Palhallan; Case registered                                                                                                                                                                                         During naka checking at Gundbal Palhallan, Police under the supervision of inspr. Sarjan Ahmad, SHO PS Pattan assisted by PSI Aeraf Niyaz, IC PP Palhallan* witnessed a suspicious person coming from Naidkhai towards Hamrey, upon noticing the police party tried to flee from the spot but was apprehended tactfully.

During his personal search 104 grams Charas & 1800 grams of Charas Powder like substance was recovered and was immediately seized. The  drug peddler who was identified as *Bakhtiyar Ahmad Bhat S/O Mohd Sultan Bhat R/O Buchoo Palhallan, District Baramulla* was taken into custody.  *Case under NDPS Act registered in Police Station Pattan and investigation set in motion*.                                                                                                                                                                                      General People of the area hailed the efforts of Baramulla Police and showed their willingness to support police to eradicate menace of drugs from the society which is the real sign of Police Public relationship.
