JAMMU, DECEMBER 31: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has extended his greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the eve of the joyous occasion of New Year. In his new year message, Advisor Bhatnagar said that New Year is an opportunity for whole of J&K to make a fresh beginning and renew our resolve to strive for individual as well as collective growth which the UT is witnessing from last few years. “New Year is a time for all of us to reflect on the passing year and commit oneself to strive for the creation of a society with social good and economic wealth”, Advisor Bhatnagar said.
