Srinager, Dec 29 : Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Srinagar Rakesh Balwal Thursday chaired a year-end meeting with the senior police officers of the city. The year-end meeting was chaired by rakesh balwal, ips ssp/sgr with all sps, dysps, shos, dos & i/c pc camps.
