A bike rider lost his life in road accident in Kulgam district on Sunday evening.

 

A police official told said that a truck bearing no. Jk 13F 5000 driven by Nayeem Ahmad Mir SO Gh Qadir RO Tahratpora Kupwara on the way from Aadpora towards kulgam while reaching near Polytechnic College Bongam hit and injured a bike rider namely Mohd Yonis Wani SO Ab Rehman RO Aamno with Bike bearing reg no. Jk 18 1080.

 

He said that injured youth was shifted to hospital, however, he was declared brought dead on the the arrival at the DH Kulgam .

 

In the incident case FIR No.122 /2022 US 279, 304A IPC has been registered and investigation taken up, he said.
