J&K Advocate General’s Organisation conducts Pledge Taking Ceremony

SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 02: In order to eradicate the corruption and in observance of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the J&K Advocate General’s Organisation today organised the “Pledge Taking Ceremony”, here.

The pledge ceremony was held under the chairmanship of Advocate General, J&K, D.C. Raina, which was participated by all the Law Officers/ Government Counsels, Officers and employees.

The Law Officers/Govt. Counsels, Officers and Employees of Jammu wing attended the event through virtual mode from the office.

The participants took pledge in loud and clear terms as a sequel to the compliance of Central Vigilance Commission and Circular instructions of Govt. of J&K in this behalf.

At the occasion, the Advocate General hailed the efforts and efficiency in improving the focus area related to its mandate to run the official business for timely actions.

He sensitized the participants about the need for transparency, accountability, sharing responsibilities attached to their assignments and primarily the integrity.

D.C. Raina further instructed all the participants to enhance their skill all the time of their tenure and deprecate the corruption by way of accelerating and purposeful arguments in such cases, being the Law Officers/Govt. Counsels to the respective departments/ organizations.
