A seminar & awareness camp on mental health was organized by Indian Army in Govt Upper Primary School, Panzgam & Govt High School, Darsun on 31 Oct, 22. A total no of 212 students attended the seminars. Dr Mir Mohd Shafee, Block Medical officer, Kralpora, shared his views on the subject & educated the students how to manage stress in day-to-day life. He also told everyone the ways to maintain good mental health & tips to utilise time for studies which was very beneficial for all the students. The Principal & teachers of both the school thanked Dr Shafee for his valuable guidance to the students.
