VC DDC Kupwara reviews progress of on-going developmental works

KUPWARA, AUGUST 29: The Vice Chairman District Development Council (VC-DDC) Kupwara, Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir today convened a meeting of concerned Sarpanches, here to review the progress of various Rural Development schemes including 14th F.C, MGNREGA, SBM, PMAY, B2V and other allied schemes in DDC Constituency Wavoora.

ACD Kupwara, Hilal Ahmad Mir; ACP Kupwara, Shabir Ahmad; BDC Chairperson Wavoora, Mohd Rafiq Kataria and BDO Wavoora were present at the occasion.

On the occasion, the Sarpanches projected various issues of their respective panchayats before the Vice Chairman. The issues raised include repairs of solar lights, working of panchayat officials, allotment of works and release of pending payments.

The Vice Chairman heard the issues of the Sarpanchs and assured that he will resolve their genuine issues.

The Vice Chairman also issued directions to ACD and ACP for redressal of different issues of the PRIs.
