The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued a notice to yoga guru Ramdev for criticising modern medicine systems. “What is the guarantee that ayurvedic medicines perform better than allopathic medicines?” the court observed. The bench also issued a notice to the Centre seeking its reply on Indian Medical Association’s plea alleging a smear campaign against the COVID-19 vaccination drive.
