District Coordination Committee meeting held at Ganderbal

GANDERBAL, AUGUST 08: The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ganderbal, Shyambir today chaired the District Coordination Committee meeting at the Conference Hall of Mini Secretariat Ganderbal.

During the meeting threadbare discussions were held on deliverables of district, redressal of grievances received on JKIGRAMS and weekly block diwas programs.

The meetings also discussed inter-departmental issues to ensure better coordination among all the departments at all levels for smooth functioning and quality disposal of issues of the general public.

On the occasion, the DDC directed the officers to ensure quality and timely disposal of grievances received both online and offline besides issues and grievances raised during the weekly Block Diwas programmes.

He reiterated that prompt resolution of public grievances is the top most priority of District Administration and directed all the officers for proper follow up of public grievances for their timely disposal.

Meanwhile, the meeting also discussed the status of ongoing activities under ‘Har Gar Tiranga’ campaign besides status of PM-KISAN and Ayushman Bharat pendency.

While interacting with the district officers, the DDC said that District Administration is committed to ensure overall development of the district.

 The meeting was attended by SSP Ganderbal, Nikhil Borkar; Additional District Development Commissioner Ganderbal, Khurshid Ahmad Shah; Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Farooq Ahmad Baba; ACR, SDM Kangan, CPO, ACD besides other district officers.
