According to a press statement issued here, Abdul Majeed Paddar while addressing the meeting said that time has come when the party workers should be preparing for the elections and enhancing their public outreach programme to ensure the masses are well aware of Apni Party’s people-friendly agenda and policies.

He said, “Our leader Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari has said time and again that the core agenda of Apni Party is to ensure prosperity and development of Jammu and Kashmir. As a party, we are supposed to eliminate the alienation and injustice that the people of J&K have been grappling with for quite a long time. People have faith in us and they believe that the Apni Party will safeguard their interests and guide them towards a better and more prosperous future. We ought to fulfil these expectations. Thus, we need to enhance our public outreach to make sure people do not fall into the trap of traditional political parties who have been fooling and misleading them for the past more than seventy years.”
Paddar asked the workers and leaders to start forming the booth committees in view of the forthcoming elections.
In the meeting, the workers raised several issues pertaining to the people. On this, Paddar assured them that public issues especially those who are related to public infrastructure deficit in this area would be brought to the notice of the concerned officials for their quick redressal.
The prominent among the participants of the meeting were the party’s District Secretary Hameed Bakhshi, Zone in charge Engineer Rafa Shah, District Vice President for the youth wing of the party  Irshad Poswal, and others.
