Srinagar, 18 Jun 2022. An interactive session between GOC Forever In Operations Division & Ex Servicemen of Kargil district was organised at the Kargil Sainik Institute in Kargil. Veterans were informed about various Welfare Initiatives & the session also provided a Platform to address the grievance of the ESM.
