Anantnag: A youth died on spot after being hit by a Scooty in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Quoting police sources news agency reported that a Scooty rider hit a 27-year-old pedestrian in Poolia village falling under the jurisdiction of police station Dooru.
The pedestrian identified as Zahid Ahmed Rather son of Habibullah Rather, a resident of Poolia Dooru village died on the spot.
After completion of medico, legal formalities, the dead body was handed over to the family for last rites.
Police in this regard registered a formal case.
