JAMMU, JUNE 20: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has extended greetings to the people on the eve of International Day of Yoga-2021.
In his message, the Lt Governor said that practicing Yoga daily has immense benefits on our mind, body and soul. It keeps us fit, energetic and stress free. The ancient health science of Yoga is being practiced since millennia and is our proud cultural heritage.
The Lt Governor observed that Yoga improves our emotional and spiritual wellness and appealed to everyone to keep practicing yoga for their holistic well being, spreading the message of “Be with Yoga, Be at Home”.
Speaking on the significance of this year’s Yoga day theme- “Yoga for Well-being” the Lt Governor said that Yoga has brought a massive change in health sector and all stakeholders should endeavour to increase its reach by maximizing the participation in Yoga related activities.
