Patwari Prefer Rented Room why?

The patwari office, constructed at a cost of Rs 3-4 Lakh’s some years ago, has never been used. Some people said the building was constructed for patwari so that people were not forced to move from one village to another for revenue work. Ever since the construction work of the building was completed by the rural development department, it remained unoccupied.
Surprisingly, this depilated building has two rooms but windowpanes ,doors ,floor were found broken.
According to locals the patwari working at Tanjloo halqa in a rent room. Neither the patwari occupied it nor it was put to another use. As many government offices are being run from rented buildings, this could have been easily used for the office.
