SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 07: To boost the voters participation in the forthcoming Assembly Election in the district a Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) awareness program was today organised at GHSS Gund Hassi Bhat.
Besides, Cheif Education Officer Srinagar who was Chief Guest on the occasion, the SVEEP Programme was overwhelmingly attended by Students & Teachers.
During the event participants were educated regarding the importance of voting in a democracy in which every eligible individual can exercise his franchise in a free, fair & transparent manner to choose a representative.
In his address, CEO Srinagar appealed voters to make the election process successful by active participation in electoral process.
Nodal Officer, SVEEP 26-Shaltang Constituency asked all the participants to cast their vote while underscoring Vote is Power and Vote is Voice.
