PULWAMA, SEPTEMBER 5: The General Observer for Tral Assembly Constituency, Brajesh Narain Singh, conducted a detailed inspection of the commissioning of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) at ITI Tral today.
The process, held in the presence of representatives from various political parties, took place in the secure environment of the strong room, ensuring transparency and adherence to the Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines.
In addition, the General Observer made an unannounced visit to the training centre at Government Degree College (GDC) Tral, where he oversaw the training sessions being conducted for the election staff. He closely reviewed the training being provided to employees to ensure they are well-prepared for the smooth conduct of the upcoming elections.
Singh emphasized the critical importance of conducting free, fair and transparent elections, urging officials to follow all prescribed procedures to maintain the integrity of the electoral process.
