Four Books of Yashpaul Nirmal released by SBT

Srinagar, 18 Aug: Sarv Bhasha Trust, New Delhi released four books of eminent literateur Sh. Yashpaul Nirmal in the ongoing nine days Chinaar Book festival organised by the National Book Trust, New Delhi w.e.f. 17 August 2024 to 25 August 2024 at SKICC, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. In this function Four books of Sh. Yashpaul Nirmal entitled BUS TOON GAI TOON AIN (collection of Dogri Poetry), SHABD AMRIT (Hindi Translation of Dogri poetry by Mohamad Yaseen Baig), TALI’R JAAN (Dogri translation of Dr. Sudakar Adeeb’s collection of Hindi Poetry) and CHUTTIAN (Gojri Translation of Yashpaul Nirmal‘s Dogri Children Novel by Shagufta Choudhary) were released.

Eminent literateur of Hindi, Urdu and Kashmiri Dr. Satish Vimal jee presided on the occasion while English literateur and Sr. Editor in English J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages Dr. Abid Ahmad, was the chief Guest on the occasion and prominent kashmiri literateur Jb. Mushtaq Ahmad Mushtaq jee was the guest of Honour on the the occasion.
Eminent literateur of Hindi, Urdu and Kashmiri Dr. Satish Vimal jee presided on the occasion while English literateur and Sr. Editor in English J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages Dr. Abid Ahmad, was the chief Guest on the occasion. Sh. Keshav Mohan Pandey, Organizer Sarv Bhasha Trust, New Delhi, Yashpaul Nirmal author of the Books and Sh. Karan Targotra also shared the dice.
Earlier Sh. Keshav Mohan Pandey Organizer Sarv Bhasha Trust, New Delhi formally welcomed the all the dignitaries, writers of different languages, media persons and audience. He said that Yashpal Nirmal is the National Research Director of Sarva Bhasha Trust and has been deeply involved in literary writing and translation work for the last several years.
Sh. Satish Vimal in his presidential address appreciated the efforts of Yashpaul Nirmal for the promotion of Languages and literature of different languages in the Jammu and Kashmir. He said Yashpaul Nirmal had 75 books in different genres in his credit till date. He is continuously writing in different genres in different languages and simultaneously translating the literature of different languages. He is the real ambassador of Languages of Jammu and Kashmir.
Chief Guest Dr. Abid Ahmad congratulated Mr. Yashpaul Nirmal for earning recognition at national level in the field of language, literature, translation and children literature. He said Yashpaul Nirmal is literary icon of J&K. His efforts for the development of languages and literature of J&K highly appreciated and recognized at National level. Guest of Honour Jb. Muahtaq Ahmad Mushtaq also Congratulated Mr. Yashpaul Nirmal on the release of his four books. He appreciated the efforts of Nirmal and assured the translation of his literary work into kashmiri language.
On this occasion Mr. Rakesh Choudhary, Sh. Ravi kant, Jb. Asfaq Ahmad, Jb. Zuhoor Sultan, audience and large Number of media persons were present on the occasion.
Sh. Karan Targotra formally presented the vote of thanks. The Program was conducted by Sh. Vikesh Pandey and Sh. Satya Prakash jee very ably.
