UCO Bank inaugurates new branch in Budgam, Srinagar

UCO Bank, one of the growing Public Sector Banks today inaugurated its new branch at Budgam (Srinagar). This New Bank Branch will offer a comprehensive range of banking services like accounts, deposits and loans including savings and current accounts and other Banking facilities.

The Branch was virtually inaugurated by Shri Ashwini Kumar, Hon’ble MD & CEO of UCO Bank in the presence of Zonal Head Shri Rahul Ranjan, other bank officials and esteemed customers.

Speaking on the inauguration of the branch, Mr. Ashwini Kumar, MD & CEO said, “We are very happy to inaugurate our new branch in BUDGAM (Srinagar). We have witnessed the increasing demand of banking services & products amongst the retail & institutional customers in Srinagar and to bridge this gap we have expanded our existing network to cater the customers and enhanced their overall banking experience.”

The New Bank Branch shall cater to all basic banking transactions and also specific needs of customers, offering the entire spectrum of banking products and financial services covering Retail, Institutional and Consumer lending. Additionally, it will also offer various unique products to its clientele based on their needs and will consistently pioneer in introducing various products and services in the region.

Shri Rahul Ranjan, Zonal Head said that UCO Bank now has a total of five (5) branches in Kashmir valley and a total of 21 branches in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir as on date. We are continuously expanding our presence in the region which will enable us to provide better customer services and add new customer base. We really hope that we will get more and more support in the Srinagar region which will motivate us to open some more branches in the coming time. In the end, hearty thanks were expressed to all the dignitaries present.
