Reasi, Aug 04: Two person died when a scooty they were travelling collided with Swift car at Pouni-Bhambla road area of reasi on Sunday.

Sources told News Agency Buland Awaaz (BAN) that an accident occurred at around 12:30 pm today near duggi morh on the Pouni-Bhambla road when a scooty bearing registered number JK02AV-5154 collided head-on with a Swift car bearing registration number JK02BE-1026 resulting in which scooty rider and the pillion rider died in the accident.

They said that soon, after the accident they both were immediately rushed to Bhambla Hospital, where doctors declared them brought dead on arrival.

The deceased has been identified as Sumit Kumar age (18) Son of Sansar Chand, and the pillion rider yogesh kumar age (16) son of kaka ram, both residents of Daddoa in Tehsil Pouni, district Reasi.

Meanwhile, Pouni police have taken the Cognisance of the accident and started an investigation after registering the case in this regard. (BAN Buland Awaaz News)
