Heatwave likely to persist in J&K for next 48 hrs: Weatherman

Temperatures are expected to stay 3 to 6°C above normal in Kashmir during the next 48 hrs, while in Jammu region, temperatures are expected to stay 2 – 4°C above normal, especially during the next 24 hrs.
