Naidkhai,14 June: The Late Wani Bilal Memorial Cricket Tournament held in Naidkhai, Kashmir, culminated in a thrilling finale on Friday afternoon.

The championship match witnessed Syed Kamaldin Bukhari Cricket Club (SKB Naidkhai) emerge victorious against Uqaab Worriors Ganderbal.

Organized by the Sports Association Naidkhai, the tournament culminated in a nail-biting final encounter.

SKB Naidkhai displayed exceptional skills, defeating Uqaab Warriors Ganderbal by a convincing margin of 106 runs.

Suhail Ahmad Mir from SKB Naidkhai emerged as the star of the match, bagging the Man of the Match award for his all-round performance.

Mir impressed with both his batting, scoring a brilliant 86 runs, and bowling, clinching two crucial wickets.

Bilal Sofi of SKB Naidkhai was another standout player throughout the tournament, receiving the Man of the Series award for his consistent excellence.

The grand finale was graced by the presence of esteemed guests, including Gulzar Ahmad from the Sports Council and Irshad, the Sports Incharge of Bandipora. Along with other dignitaries, they witnessed a spectacular display of cricket that captivated the audience.

A large crowd of spectators thronged the sports ground in Naidkhai, creating a vibrant atmosphere for the culmination of the tournament.

Their enthusiastic cheers echoed throughout the match, making it a truly memorable event.
