Srinagar, May 23:- A 16-year old youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in Kokernag area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday.
An official told that a youth aged about 16 years hanged himself dead at Nagam Kokernag in his paternal aunt’s house.
He said that the reason behind taking this extreme step wasn’t immediately known.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started an investigation.(KS)
