Elderly Man Critically Injured in Banihal Bear Attack

Banihal, May 21 : A 59 Year-old man was Critically injured when a wild bear attacked in lamber area of Banihal on Tuesday.

An official told A man identified as Mohd Latif Chohan (59) son of Alam din Chohan from Nagrota Jammu was critically injured when the bear attacked in lamber area of Banihal.

Soon after the attack locals rushed to the spot and a wild bear escaped from the spot leaving the man critically injured.

He was rushed to local hospital where from he was referred to GMC Anantnag for further treatment. (BAN)
