The event aimed to ignite the spirit of voting and encourage the active participation of all eligible citizens as responsible members of society.

In Billawar, the Natrang group captivated the attention of passers by with their engaging performances. The group aptly depicted voting as a mammoth democratic festival, underscoring its importance as a cornerstone of Indian democracy.

The SVEEP Cell’s initiative exemplifies the effort to foster a culture of electoral awareness and civic responsibility among citizens. By leveraging the power of art and storytelling, the drive aims to empower individuals to make informed choices and actively participate in the democratic process.

District Election Officer Kathua, Dr Rakesh Minhas has stressed to hold events and activities in every corner of the district to aware voters about the precious duty they owe in upcoming elections.

While throwing light on the initiatives carried out by District SVEEP cell, Nodal Officer Neeraj Bhargav said the activities under SVEEP to be further intensified in coming days with the intent to achieve best turnout futures in the district.
