Manasbal, Kashmir – The Rotary Club of Kashmir, in collaboration with the Sindh Forest Division, organized a grand tree plantation event at Manasbal. The initiative aimed to promote environmental sustainability and raise awareness about the importance of preserving our precious natural resources.

The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of numerous volunteers from the local community, dedicated students, and Forest officials, all coming together to contribute to the noble cause of planting trees for a greener tomorrow.

 

Key figures from the Rotary Club of Kashmir including President Sdr. Manjeet Singh, Secretary Rotary Dost Mohd Dar, and Executive Secretary Dr. Touseef Ahmed, along with Rtn Adil, Rtn Rameez and Rtn RS Bali, graced the occasion with their presence, inspiring everyone with their commitment to environmental conservation.

 

During his address at the event, Dr. Touseef Ahmed emphasized the critical need for individual responsibility towards the environment, stating, “Pollute or plant, the choice is ours.” His words resonated with the audience, underscoring the power each one of us holds in shaping a sustainable future for generations to come.

 

The plantation drive at Manasbal stands as a testament to the collective efforts of organizations like the Rotary Club of Kashmir and the Sindh Forest Division, as well as the unwavering dedication of volunteers and supporters who believe in making a positive impact on the environment.
