SRINAGAR, MARCH 11:Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat has extended his greetings to the people on the beginning of the holy month of Ramzan.

The DC extending his best wishes to the people on the beginning of the sacred month of Ramzan. He prayed that may this holy month bring peace, prosperity and good health to all.
