The department, in collaboration with AMZET Hall Public School MalmapanPora Zaingeer, organized an impressive function under the banner of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.

The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest, Tehsil social welfare officer Fayaz Ahamd Lone.

Various programs related to women empowerment were presented during the function.

TSWO Fayaz Ahmad Lone emphasized the strength, abilities, rights, and duties of women, highlighting that women are the sole basis for the existence of the world.

He stressed the importance of equality and equal opportunities for women, urging for the widening of their sphere of activities to enrich society as a whole.

An informative session was conducted during the event, during which guest speakers discussed various issues affecting women, such as access to education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and legal rights.

The program was attended by a large gathering of students and staff members from the College, and Dr. Abrar Ahmad, Chairman of AMZET Hall School, was also present.

Certificates were later distributed among the speakers and students to recognize and appreciate their contributions.

The event was conducted under the auspices of the district social welfare officer in Baramulla.
