As Winter Vacations in Kashmir Schools end, YSS welcomes students with fun-filled recreational activities on day 1st

Srinagar March 04: The winter vacations in Kashmir division have come to an end, and the students have returned to their schools with great enthusiasm. The Youth Services and Sports Department J&K, through its dedicated field staff comprising of Physical Education Lecturers (PELs), Physical Education Masters (PEMs), Physical Education Teachers (PETs), and REK’s orchestrated a heartwarming welcome for the students, ensuring a smooth transition back to the learning environment.

To ensure a seamless return for the students, schools across Kashmir division undertook unique and engaging methods to welcome them back. Thoughtful gifts were presented, and a variety of fun-filled recreational activities were organized to ease the students back into the school routine after an extended winter break.

From the picturesque Gurez and Uri to the bustling heart of Kashmir, Srinagar, each school actively participated in these initiatives. Sweets were distributed amongst the students, creating an atmosphere of warmth and celebration. Moreover, a plethora of entertaining activities were organised by the Department of YS&S, keeping the students engaged and motivated to resume their studies.

The Youth Services and Sports Department J&K commends the efforts made by all the schools in Kashmir division to ensure a smooth transition for the returning students. By implementing innovative and engaging methods, they have created an environment conducive to learning and growth. The Department expresses its gratitude to the dedicated field staff for their tireless efforts in orchestrating a heartwarming welcome for the students.
