Srinagar, March 02: BJP District President of Ganderbal, Mohammad Amin Shah, held a crucial meeting with the Chairperson of the Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board, Dr. Darakshan Andrabi, at her office in Srinagar. The meeting centered around vital discussions concerning Waqf activities within the Ganderbal district, highlighting the importance of preserving and enhancing the religious and cultural heritage of the region. One of the prominent agendas raised by Mohammad Amin Shah was the dire need for the renovation of numerous shrines and mosques across the district. Stressing on the significance of these religious sites in the community, Shah emphasized the importance of preserving their historical and spiritual significance for future generations.
