Facility showcases products made by trainees, artisans, craftsmen
POONCH, FEBRUARY 03: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Yasin M. Choudhary today inaugurated PM Vishwakarma HAAT, a marketplace showcasing products made by the trainees, artisans, craftsmen and societies for sale at concessional rates for the general public.
The HAAT forms part of the newly upgraded and renovated building of the Handloom and Handicraft office, which was also inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner,
After the inauguration, the Deputy Commissioner presented a certificate of appreciation to the contractor, Sajid Ahmed Magray for completing the project within the stipulated time frame.
On the occasion, the DC issued directions to make PM Vishwakarma HAAT more vibrant and market driven.
Superintending Engineer, K.K Attri, Chief Planning Office, Maqsood Ahmed , Executive Engineer PWD Poonch, Er. Imtiaz Khan, Assistant Director Handloom and Handicrafts, Waheed Ahmed, , AEE ( PWD ), Er Mohd Aslam khan, Er Anish Mishri and staff, trainees were present on the occasion.
