Anchor: Inhabitants of Saderkoot Payeen village in Sonawari area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora District on Sunday stages silent protest against Irrigation and macnical dapartment and demands Irrigation pump In their agricultural fields.
Locals said that several times we have informed concerned Department to make canal and install a Irrigation pump station,
but concerned department don’t taking any significant step for us by which we are facing lot of problems.
They aaded’ that now we have started work on Irrigation canal by themselves.
Locals of the area have appealed to District Administration to look into the matter on priority basis redress their greviences and install Irrigation pump station in their locality before Agricultural season will start so we can’t suffer anymore.
