DC listens to people’s grievances at Kulgam; resolves issues on the spot

KULGAM, DECEMBER 13: In order to ensure timely resolution of issues and grievances of people, the District Administration Kulgam today organized a Mega Block Diwas at Kulgam.

The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat presided over the grievance redressal camp and listened to the grievances and issues of people.

People from Ashmuji, Aamnoo, Katrasoo, Modergam, Bogund, Kund and other areas participated in the grievance redressal camp and apprised the DC about their issues and developmental requirements of their areas.

People and public representatives demanded Augmentation of Power LT network, development and widening of Aamnoo road, repairs of exit entry entrance road stretches of bus stand Laroo and also flagged other local demands and issues.

Dr Bilal after giving patient hearing to the public addressed some of the immediate nature of grievances on the spot and assured that rest of the genuine issues and grievances will be addressed in a time bound manner.

He also said that timely redressal of issues is his top most priority, and also directed the officers of executing agencies to expedite the pace of work projects so they can be dedicated to the public.

ADC Viqar Ahmed Giri, ACR, Mir Imtiyaz Ul Aziz, ACD Mohammad Imran, ACP Sharjeel Ali and other officers, officials and a large number of public and public representatives were present during the camp.
