Arrangements for Panchayat Secretary Exams of JKSSB finalized  in Kupwara

Kupwara, Dec 8 The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ms. Ayushi Sudan today chaired a meeting of concerned officers, Magistrates, Centre Superintendents and examination Observers at Meeting Hall of DC Office Kupwara to finalize the preparations of OMR based written examination for the post of Panchayat Secretary , which is being conducted tomorrow on 10th of December.

At the outset, ADC Kupwara, Gh Nabi Bhat, apprised the chair about the status of arrangements being made for seamless conduct of JKSSB examination.

During the meeting, CEO Kupwara informed that the arrangements are in place at all the examination centres.

While stressing on the concerned officers about the importance of the exam, DC Kupwara said that district adminstration is conducting this exam and onus lies on district adminstration to ensure that Exam is conducted in most transparent and fair manner.

DC emphasized upon the concerned Officers that frisking of the candidates is very crucial aspect and all should ensure that suspicious material doesn’t enters inside the examination centres.

DC asked magistrates to take a call on any suspicious activities or any untoward incident.
The Deputy Commissioner said that fair and transparent exams are the top most priority of the district administration and any laxity in following SOPs of conduct of examination will be viewed seriously.

10,08O candidates are expected to appear in the written examination at 42 centers across the District.

Meeting was attended by SSP Kupwara, Yougal Manhas, SP Handwara, Dawood Ibrahim, ADC Kupwara, Gh.Nabi Bhat, Observers, Magistrates, Superintendents and Dy. Superintendents.
