BANDIPORA, NOVEMBER 29: The ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) has marked its vibrant presence in district Bandipora. The Yatra has embarked on an impactful journey through various panchayats, facilitated by an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Van that has proven instrumental in disseminating crucial information.

The Yatra, driven by a vision of a developed and empowered Bharat, has become a beacon of change in district Bandipora.

Through a series of engaging interactions and informative sessions, the initiative has reached the grassroots, empowering local communities with knowledge and resources essential for their growth.

The IEC Van, a mobile hub of information, is playing an important role in creative awareness regarding various centrally sponsored schemes. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the van has facilitated interactive sessions, workshops, and awareness programs.

The IEC Van is emerging as a dynamic tool for disseminating essential information on health, education, skill development, and government schemes directly to the citizens.

The Yatra has strategically navigated through different panchayats, ensuring that the transformative message of development reaches every corner of the region.

The IEC Van has hosted engaging workshops, fostering a two-way communication channel between experts and locals. This has led to the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and experiences for sustainable growth.

The initiative has encouraged active participation from local communities, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment towards the development goals.

As part of VBSY, the IEC Van reached different panchayats of the district, including Onagam, Quil, Quilmuqam, Ashtangoo, Manginipora, Ajas besides Asham A and B panchayats

The schemes being publicized include Ayushman Bharat; PMJAY PM Garlb Kalyan Anna Yojana; Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana–National Rural Livelihoods Mission; PM Awas Yojana (Rural); PM Ujjwala Yojana; PM Vishwakarma; PM Kisan Saman; Kisan Credit Card (KCC); PM Poshan Abhiyan; Har Ghar Jal–Jal Jeevan Mission; Survey of villages and mapping with improvised technology in village areas (SVAMITVA); Jan Dhan Yojana; Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana; Suraksha Bima Yojana; Atal Pension Yojana; PM PRANAM; Nano Fertilizer etc.
