DC Shopian reviews arrangements for smooth conduct of JKSSB exams

SHOPIAN, NOVEMBER 20: In order to review the arrangements for the upcoming JKSSB OMR based written examination of Panchayat Secretaries, a meeting was today convened by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Faz Lul Haseeb at Mini-secretariat, here.

At the outset, the DC discussed threadbare arrangements to be put in place at 13 examination centres set up for the smooth conduct of the SSB examination across the district.

During the meeting, Police and Education departments were entrusted to ensure foolproof security and proper seating arrangements at all the centres while SDM and Tehsildars were instructed to monitor the seating arrangements.

Besides, arrangements for provision of drinking water, heating, electricity, transport, manpower, etc were also reviewed.

The DC instructed nodal officers to visit the examination centres and ensure all arrangements are in place well in time and impressed upon all stakeholders to work in close coordination and ensure smooth and successful conduct of examination.

The meeting was attended by ADC, Dr. Zakir Hussain Faaz; PO ICDS, Nisar Ahmad Malik; SDM, Mushtaq Ahmad Lone; Addt.SP, Naresh Singh; Dy.DEO, Jahangir Ahmad, DTO, CEO, DIO, Tehsildar Shopian and other concerned officers and officials.
