Official sources said that the fire broke out at main market Naidkhai this late evening, threatening nearby establishments.

However, the situation was swiftly brought under control thanks to the prompt response of the Indian Army’s 13RR unit.

Mohammad Ummar Guroo, son of Mohammad Ayoob Guroo, faces the stark reality of losing his business to the flames.

The mobile shop, once a bustling hub, now stands as charred remnants.

Authorities are launching an investigation to determine the cause of the fire. Preliminary reports suggest that the flames erupted suddenly, catching the shop and its contents off guard.

The timely intervention by the Indian Army’s 13RR unit played a crucial role in preventing the fire from spreading further.

Their swift response highlights the collaborative efforts needed during emergencies.
