Div Com Kashmir administers Integrity Pledge to Officers

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 30: To observe Vigilance Awareness Week, the Divisional Commissioner (Div Com) Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri today administered Integrity Pledge to the officers and officials to foster a culture of honesty and ethical practices in the office business.

The officers and officials of Div Com Office pledged to promote ethical business practices and foster a culture of honesty and integrity; commit to good governance based on transparency, accountability and fairness.

Further participants pledged to adhere to the relevant laws, rules and compliance mechanisms in the conduct of business besides adopting a code of ethics for all our employees.

The officers also pledged that they shall sensitize employees of laws, regulations, etc. relevant to their work for honest discharge of their duties. Besides, they shall provide grievance redressal and Whistle Blower mechanism for reporting grievances and fraudulent activities.

They also pledged to protect the rights and interests of stakeholders and the society at large.
