RAMBAN, OCTOBER 13: Deputy Commissioner Mussarat Islam today chaired a meeting of the District Grievances Redressal Committee (DGRC) under the State Health Agency (SHA) to discuss the implementation of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY).

Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Gias Ul Haq Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Kamal Zadu and other concerned officers besides concerned members attended the meeting virtually.

During the meeting, the committee members were briefed about their roles and responsibilities in ensuring the prompt resolution of grievances related to the AB-PMJAY.

Emphasizing the importance of efficiency, the Deputy Commissioner urged members to actively monitor the grievances database, ensuring that all issues are resolved within the stipulated timeline.

It was informed by the District Information and System Manager under AB-PMJAY that all 56 grievances were resolved.
