Ramban: DSWO invites online applications for ISSS pension benefits

RAMBAN, OCTOBER 11: District Social Welfare Department Ramban has invited online applications from eligible beneficiaries of the district to seek pension benefits under Integrated Social Security Scheme (ISSS).

As per a notice, the District Social Welfare Officer, Ramban, Rahul Gupta invited the applications under ISSS and NSAP pension schemes.

All those eligible beneficiaries of District Ramban who are still uncovered for one or other reasons and have not yet availed the benefit under Old Age Pension Scheme, Widow Pension Scheme, Physically Challenged Category and Transgender Category can submit their application form online at jansugam.jk.gov.in along with requisite documents.

Documents needed to upload with online applications for availing pensions benefit are Domicile Certificate, Affidavit by 1st Class Magistrate, Aadhar Card, Bank Passbook, Ration Card (only PHH/AAY for Old Age, WID Pension), Aadhar Seeding proof, Age Poof by Medical Authority (OAP/WID Pension), Divorcee Certificate & Non Maintenance Allowance Affidavit (For Divorcee pension only), Death Certificate & Non Remarriage Certificate (for Widow Pension only), Disability Certificate/UDID Card of 40% and above (For Disability Pension only) and Affidavit of identity as Transgender Person from District Magistrate (Transgender Pension Only).
