Karnah Kupwara: In a significant move aimed at alleviating the pressing concerns of the residents of Tangdar in Jammu and Kashmir, Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) President Javaid Lone held a comprehensive press conference today. The event centered on crucial issues plaguing the region, including unscheduled power cuts, challenges within the social welfare department, and the lack of medical staff and facilities at SDH Tangdar.

President Javaid Lone began the conference by addressing the persistent problem of unscheduled power cuts that have been affecting the daily lives of Tangdar’s residents.

“The issue of unscheduled power cuts in Tangdar is a matter of great concern for us,” President Javaid Lone acknowledged. “We understand the difficulties faced by the people due to irregular power supply, and we are dedicated to finding a solution.”

He assured the audience that the government is actively working to improve the electricity infrastructure in Tangdar, with a focus on reducing power outages and providing a stable supply to meet the region’s needs.

Turning his attention to the social welfare department, President Javaid Lone highlighted the issues related to documentation of old-age pensioners, widows, and individuals with disabilities.

“It has come to our notice that there have been challenges in documenting and ensuring benefits for our elderly, widows, and those with disabilities,” he stated. “This is an area that requires immediate attention and streamlining.”

President Javaid Lone committed to implementing reforms to improve the functioning of the social welfare department, ensuring that deserving individuals receive the benefits and support they require.

The critical shortage of medical staff and facilities at the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) in Tangdar was another crucial issue addressed during the press conference.

“Access to quality healthcare is a fundamental right, and we recognize the shortage of medical staff and facilities at SDH Tangdar,” President Javaid Lone affirmed. “We are actively working to address this shortage to provide residents with the healthcare they deserve.”

He assured the residents that efforts are underway to bolster the medical staff and equip the SDH Tangdar with the necessary facilities to cater to the healthcare needs of the region effectively.

President Javaid Lone’s press conference in Tangdar reaffirmed the BJP’s unwavering commitment to addressing the critical issues faced by the region’s residents. The party is dedicated to resolving the challenges related to unscheduled power cuts, improving the functioning of the social welfare department, and enhancing the healthcare infrastructure.

Tangdar residents can look forward to positive changes and tangible solutions to these pressing concerns as the government and BJP continue their efforts to enhance the quality of life in the region.
