DC Kupwara reviews progress under AB-PMJAY, JK-Sehat Scheme

KUPWARA, OCTOBER 02: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the progress of enrollment under Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY and JK-Sehat scheme (Golden Card) in the district.

The meeting was informed that 596342 beneficiaries constituting 92.85% of target population have been enrolled under PMJAY and JK-Sehat scheme in all 10 Medical Blocks of Kupwara district.

On the occasion, the DC directed all the officers to ensure utmost dedication and coordination on ground and ensure 100% saturation of the target population under the PMJAY Sehat Scheme so that people can reap the benefits of the scheme.

She asked ACR Kupwara to utilize the services of Lumberdars and Chowkidars for mobilization of the pending beneficiaries for their enrollment under the scheme.

The District Manager CSC was directed to ensure achievement of the cent percent target within a week’s time.

The DC also directed the concerned Officers to ensure that the line-listing of beneficiaries is completed by tomorrow.

Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Chief Medical Officer, Block Medical Officers, District Manager-CSC and other concerned attended the meeting.

In a separate meeting, the DC reviewed the progress achieved under Integrated Social Security Scheme (ISSS) in the district during which it was informed that out of 78039 registered cases, 51819 cases were sanctioned and 15928 have been rejected.

On the occasion, the DC directed the concerned officers to ensure that the targets are achieved well in time.

Among others, ACR, DSWO and TSWOs attended the meeting.
