Lightning Strikes South Kashmir Cowshed, few trees damaged

Srinagar, Oct 02 (KS): A lightning strike struck the southern region of Kashmir on Sunday night, resulting in the demage of one cowshed, besides a few trees fooder and dried grass.

An official told that during the night, lightning struck at the Ainoo Brai upper reaches of Aishmuqam Anantnag.

He said that a few trees fodder and dried grass of one Bashir Ahmad son of Gaazi Khatna brunt down.

however, said that no loss of life was reported in the incident.

In another incident reported at Chanderkoot Qazigund, one cowshed belonging to Nisar Ahmad Mir, son of Mohd Mir, also got damaged. (KS)
