In a recent development, Srinagar Police have arrested Rayees Ahmad Dagroo, son of Mohd Ismail Dagroo, a resident of Ichkoot Budgam, for attempting to snatch a lady’s chain in the Nowgam area on September 19, 2023. The police have also seized the Scooty used by the accused.
FIR number 148/2023 under sections 392, 511, and 323 was registered in Nowgam Police Station on the same day.
