Department of Law University of Kashmir have deputed a group of LLM Students on a two day tour( 28th & 29th August ) to Keran Sector for conducting research and Survey Programme.The student team is led by Dr Shenaz Programme Incharge School of Law University of Kashmir.

General Officer Commanding and Kashmir Jurists were approached by the department to facilitate this two day study tour of University students and Kashmir Jurists requested Chief Coordinator Advocate Tajamul Chaudhry to coordinate with the Law Facility of Kashmir University to facilitate this study tour of students and on ground from Kupwara to Keran.
The student delegation was received at Kupwara this morning by Col Surinder Singh 28Div Kupwara and Advocate Tajamul Chaudhry and Lt Col Harishit Saini at Keran .
The delegation of university students were welcomed to keran for this study tour by General Officer Commanding Major General Giriah Kalia GOC 28 Div Kupwara.

Dr Shenaz Programme Incharge School of Law University of Kashmir and the visiting students thanked the Indian Army and Kashmir Jurists for the support extended to students and a momento was also presented to GOC 28Div and his team on behalf of the Law School University of Kashmir The students thanked Indian Army for the facility provided to students in terms of food ,Stay and Survey .
Dr Hussain, Dean of Law school University of Kashmir and Dr Shenaz the head of this student delegation expressed their thanks to General Officer Commanding HQ31Sub Area General PBS Lamba and also to all the members of Kashmir Jurists for all their support and guidance in facilitating this study tour for the Law students for the first time in last 35 years .
